At Gospel Grounded, we want you to love what you wear. Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfilment partner, we handle returns and refunds a little differently to traditional retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major failure, or compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement:

The item is damaged or defective (e.g. printing errors, torn fabric, broken packaging)

You received the wrong item or size

The item is significantly different from what was described or pictured on our website

A clear photo of the issue (for damaged or defective items)

We will assess your claim promptly and, where approved, offer either a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement — whichever you prefer.
3. Sizing Issues
We understand that sizing can be tricky, especially when purchasing online. While we cannot accept returns for change of mind on print-on-demand items (since each piece is produced specifically for you), we want to help where we can.
If your item does not fit as expected:

We will offer you store credit to the value of your item, which you can use toward a new order in the correct size
To help you choose the right size first time, we provide detailed size guides on each product page. We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before placing your order.
4. Change of Mind
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Each item is produced individually after your order is placed, which means we cannot restock or resell returned items.
We encourage you to review all product details, images, and size guides carefully before completing your purchase.
5. Refund Options
Where a refund is approved, you may choose from the following options:

Full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider)

Store credit to the equivalent value, redeemable on any future purchase
Shipping costs are refundable only in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are subject to the same refund and returns conditions outlined in this policy. If a pre-order item is delayed significantly beyond the estimated timeframe provided at checkout, you may request a full refund before the item has been dispatched.
Once a pre-order item has been dispatched, it is subject to the standard conditions in this policy.
7. Digital Products
From time to time, we may sell digital products (such as e-books, PDF resources, or online courses). Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Specific refund terms for digital products will be outlined at the point of purchase where applicable.
8. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
