Thank you for shopping with Gospel Grounded. We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and that you know exactly what to expect along the way.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

If you are located outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@gospelgrounded.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. How Our Fulfilment Works

Gospel Grounded operates on a print-on-demand and limited-drop pre-order model. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. We partner with Printful, a professional print-on-demand fulfilment provider, to produce and ship all physical products.

Because each item is made to order, please allow additional time compared to standard retail shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

From the date your order is placed, estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 27–30 business days

  • New Zealand: 27–30 business days

These timeframes include production time (typically 5–10 business days) and shipping time. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, postal service conditions, and customs processing for New Zealand orders.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. Pre-Order Items

Some products in our store are available on a pre-order basis as part of limited drops. Pre-order items may have longer production and shipping windows, which will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
 

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated delivery timeframe provided.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched by our fulfilment partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you do not receive tracking information within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@gospelgrounded.com.au.

7. Customs and Import Duties (New Zealand)

For orders shipped to New Zealand, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the New Zealand government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product pricing or shipping costs.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@gospelgrounded.com.au within 30 days of your order date.

We will work with our fulfilment partner to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for further details.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. Gospel Grounded is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you realise your address is incorrect after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@gospelgrounded.com.au and we will do our best to update it before production begins.
