Email signup

When you subscribe, Gospel Grounded stores your email address, signup time and the version of the consent wording you accepted. We use these details to maintain the mailing list and send ministry updates you requested. Email delivery will begin once our mailing service is connected.

Contact and prayer requests

The contact forms prepare a message in your own email app. This website does not save or send that message. If you send it, Gospel Grounded receives the details you include at gospelgrounded@gmail.com. Please avoid sharing information about other people without their permission.

Embedded content and hosting

Video thumbnails load from YouTube. Playing a video connects to YouTube’s embedded player, which may process device and usage information under Google’s privacy policy. Our hosting provider processes technical requests needed to operate the site. Signup attempts use a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit spam; rate-limit records expire after one hour and are removed during subsequent signup requests.

Website usage and reliability

We record basic page categories and actions, such as opening the worksheet or starting checkout, as daily totals. These events do not include your name, email, form text, basket contents or a visitor identifier. We do not set analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may separately log technical request information. These measurements are skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Shop

Product images and catalogue information load from Wix. Checkout, when available, is hosted by Wix, where you provide your delivery and payment details. Printful receives the order information needed for production and fulfilment. This website does not collect or store payment card details.
